1. How can I order a product?
Please click on the link next to each product. This will take you to the Dawanda portal, where we also sell our products. You will have a chance to look at the photo of the item more closely and also proceed to payment from there.

Dawanda makes the payment fast and more secure. You can pay with a card, by bank transer, by PayPal or with Dawanda vouchers.
You have 7 days to pay. After we receive the payment, we will ship the item.
If we do not receive the payment within that time, we will cancel your order.
Please bear in mind that these are limited editions and are subject to availability.


2. How many copies of each item are available?
Unfortunately, we only have one item each. They are made to order products and copies can be made if there is a demand, however they will not look exactly the same.

3. Why do you use DaWanda?
We use DaWanda firstly because it is a website where you can buy ONLY hand made goods, designed and made by independent designers.
The protal also makes the payment secure and easy. As we are beginners we don't have our own payment system yet.

4. On your website I found a product which I like, but is not avaialble. Can you order it for me separately?
If you like a product that is no longer avaialble, please send us an email. We will try and help you. However, bear in mind that the products are handmade and, even if we order it for you, it won’t look exactly the same.

5. Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes, you have the right to change your mind at any point during your purchase and before we send the item.
If you receive the product and you don’t like it, it is not as described or you change your mind, you have 10 days to return it to us. Please send an email first.
If you decide to send it back, please make sure that it has not been worn and it’s still got a label attached to it.
You will receive your money back after your parcel is delivered back. We don’t cover the costs of the delivery.


6. Are all products shown on your website still available?
We are trying to update our website as often as possible. However, it might sometimes happen that the product marked as available has just been sold. In this case we will inform you by email.


7. How much is the postage?
The postage is normally £5 (within the UK, delivered within 5 working days) or  £7 for an international delivery.
