Please remember that you need to log in to DaWanda. This is very quick and simple and will take you two minutes. All you need is your name, surname and email address.

Please note that items are subject to availability. If the product you would like to order is not available, we will inform you straight away.
The product will be sent to you after we confirm the payment.
We accept bank transfers, cash and Pay Pal payments.
You have 7 days to send the money. If we don't receive the payment after 7 days, the purchase will be cancelled.
After we confirm the payment, we will despatch the product straight away.
Delivery charges are approximetly £5 per parcel (within 5 working days). If you would like your items to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will arrange this for you (please note that in this case delivery charges increase).
We will send you another email after the item is despatched.
Refunds and cancellations
You have a right to cancel your order at anytime before the item is sent to you.
You have a right to a refund within 10 days if you are not happy with your item, the item is faulty or is not as described on our website.
If you would like a refund, please email us and we will send you all the relevant information.
